Cancellation Policy

In order to provide optimal scheduling for all clients & to fairly compensate our stylists, Sweet Melissa Salon finds it necessary to implement a 48-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY for all booked appointments. We understand situations when appointments need to be rescheduled & if done so prior to 48 hours, there is reschedule fee. Appointments cancelled without rescheduling within 48 hours of appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service, within 24 hours will be charged 100%. If rescheduled within 48 to 24 hours of appointment time, there will be a 25% of the scheduled service fee to rebook. Appointments cancelled, rescheduled or no show within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the booked service. It is important to arrive on time. Arrival 30 or more minutes late will be considered a cancellation as there will not be enough time to complete the service & continue to run on time. We are firm on this policy & appreciate your understanding & cooperation.
