    Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

    At Sweet Melissa Salon, we value the time and care that goes into every appointment. In order to thoughtfully schedule our clients and support our stylists, we kindly ask that you review the following cancellation and rescheduling policy.

    Rescheduling Appointments

    We understand that schedules can change. Appointments may be rescheduled without a fee when notice is given more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service, as the time cannot be reallocated.

    Canceling Appointments

    If you need to cancel an appointment without rescheduling, we kindly require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

    No-Shows & Late Arrivals

    Missed appointments or arrivals of 30 minutes or more past the scheduled time will be considered a cancellation, as there will not be enough time to complete the service. In these cases, the appointment will be charged in full. Thank you for your understanding and for valuing the time and care that goes into every appointment.
